Bloom Wellness is a community movement rooted in an ancient truth — everything we need to heal, we already carry — we just need space to find each other.
Bloom Wellness was established in the Fall of 2020 to create a safe space for womxn to relate, process, connect, and learn from one another. As the community grew, so did the mission — now centering all BIPOC, uplifting voices, and building real opportunities for connection and collaboration.
We promote a holistic approach to healing — mind, body, and soul — as a sustainable foundation for lasting growth. We don't offer quick fixes. We build deep roots.
Every gathering, every connection at Bloom Wellness comes back to this.
Emotional wellness through meaningful conversation, community, and spaces where we process and learn from one another.
Movement, presence, and embodiment — honoring the physical self as inseparable from our healing journey.
Ancestral reverence and spiritual grounding — a bridge back to the practices and wisdom that were always ours.
Each Bloom Wellness event is its own moment — intentional, one-of-a-kind, and rooted in what the community actually needs. These are not typical events.

A community builder, wellness advocate, connector, and bridge-maker rooted in Los Angeles. Wendy founded Bloom Wellness in Fall 2020 out of a personal healing journey and a deep conviction that our communities already hold the wisdom and resources we need — we just need the space to find each other.
She has spent the years since building with intention: retreats in Joshua Tree and Lucerne Valley, bilingual community gatherings, somatic movement demos, dance clinics, self-defense workshops, and multi-year partnerships with schools and community organizations. She has also served as a quiet connector and behind-the-scenes supporter for local entrepreneurs and fellow practitioners — because community care doesn't always have a flyer.
Bloom Wellness is currently in an intentional season of slowdown. Wendy works full-time and tends to this work with the care it deserves — one long-term coaching client, select community collaborations, and showing up where it matters most. That is not a limitation. That is integrity.
